The ideal mental state to manifest

I want to talk about how we should consider our affirmations, the importance of adding a high level of gratitude and confidence in our affirmations, and the ideal mental state to manifest in this post.

There is no absolutely right or wrong way to manifest. Each person does things differently. The key is, to figure out which techniques (e.g. the robotic affirmations, visualizations, listen to affirmation tapes or subliminal tapes repeatedly, scripting/narrative stories, etc) work most effectively for you. Be consistent/discipline your mind, and correct any negative inner self-talk as soon as you catch yourself think negatively. Persistence in the sense of maintaining the mental state of already getting all your desires, not in the sense of trying to manifest. Remember what I said in the previous posts? We think and act if all of our desires have already come true, rather than “trying to” manifest. If “we are trying to” manifest, and/or check for evidence in the 3D physical world constantly, than it means that we are still acting like we haven’t got our desires, which is, not what we do in manifestation.

When I say - to maintain the mental state of already had all our desires, it also means: ask questions from the perspectives of having it all already/being in total control, not ask questions with the assumption that you still do not have your desires fulfilled. For examples, instead of asking: Why my ex-lover still has not reached out to me? You should ask yourself: What I will be thinking right now at this moment if I’ve already been with my ex? , and maintain that mental state. Rather than asking: Where is the bonus? Why I still haven’t received the money? Where is it? Ask yourself: What am I thinking and feeling right now if I’ve already received so much bonus? Also ask: Wow! I’ve got all the bonus, which is way more than what I expected. Good! How I will use the extra money ? And write down things you will do with the bonus money you get.

Additionally, always treat your affirmations as the realist facts. They are actual facts, and, they are reminders that remind you that things that you want have already existed. Yes, they do! Yes, they do! Don’t consider these affirmations as “wishes/wants”. Act like the version of you who have had all your wishes fulfilled;)! And, at the end of your affirmations, remind yourself that you always manifest instantly and effortlessly. Whatever desire comes to your mind, it shows up in your physical world immediately with no delays!! When you do this again and again with minimal/almost no resistance on a subconscious level, you will find out how quickly things shift to become better, better, and better for you and everyone you love;).

Some people may ask: Well, I tell myself I always manifest instantly, but, why my desires still have not showed up? The reasons for this can be different for different people. But in general, it happens probably due to one or a combination of the following factors: From a subconscious level, you have lots of resistance, and/or still do not believe that you get to be the creator/master of your own reality, so, it causes a delay. Or, when you affirm, you do affirm for a new, good story, but whenever you are not doing focus affirmations, your mind shifts to the old story, so it keeps going back and forth and you have not been consistent enough. Traumas from the past make you panic, anxious, and don’t trust yourself enough, etc, etc. It’s ok to feel a little frustrated. But, how do you overcome the internal resistance? I will write new blog posts about how to deal with the traumatic past, and some ways to improve your self-concept in the next few months. Hopefully they can be helpful to you;).

Don’t be panic or feel that you have to consciously affirm for hours…hours….to the point that you feel manifestation is a long, ongoing, and never-ending process. Manifestation is never a long, boring, or even painful process. Instead, it should be fun, creative, super easy, and helps us get to the end goal quickly. As I said in my previous post “how to deal with the 3D when you manifest”, better consider your physical world a fun place: still attend social events or do whatever you like to do. Enjoy your life out there! Don’t feel that you have to stay in your own room for 15/16 or more hours daily to affirm and do not interact with anyone else during your affirmation time. Instead, feel free to do a robotic affirmation session for 15-20 minutes in the morning, and tell yourself: It’s all done! All done! I am powerful and get everything I want instantly. And then, go out to meet with your friends, family, or join events that you really look forward to doing. Be it a group yoga class or a movie night for a group of supportive women;). And you know what? Your manifestations can literally show up when you are doing your favorite group activities;)). Such situations happened to me before. I’ve been in many situations when I ran into ppl who I just thought of or already made plans to meet up…unexpectedly!!! It’s like I thought of someone on my mind in the morning, and mentally told myself I needed to reach out & make plans with them to hang out, and then, on late afternoon…on the same day, I met them unexpectedly;).

And speaking of affirmations, I’ve been in close contact with an amazing woman who is extremely talented in getting everything she wants through manifestation from getting an ideal lover out of the thin air, receiving free money, unexpected bonus frequently, being admitted by her dream job, receiving apology letters/180 % attitude change from ppl in her life…all successfully and easily! We have been exchanging manifestation tips and I’ve learned a lot from her. I will post her coaching site to advertise for her services in the near future! But anyway, she suggested that by adding gratitude & a strong self-concept in our affirmations, our affirmations can happen so quickly! For example, your original affirmation can be: I’ve already had the perfect health. My heart has been healed. I am full of health, high energy in every body cell. Your new affirmation can be: I am so grateful that my health is so perfect, and my heart is fully healed. My health condition is so amazing, because I am generous, loving, energetic, and always attract good things in life!! And of course, always say your affirmations in a natural way, like how you usually talk to people;).

Enough information about how you should consider your affirmations, and to add gratitude & a high level of confidence in your own affirmations;). Now, let’s talk about an ideal mental state to manifest….from my own perspective.

From my previous posts, you should know that I talked about…say your affirmations for 5-10 or more minutes in the morning, another 5-10 or more minutes in the evening before you go to sleep, and think in your favor & correct negativity as soon as you catch them mentally for many times. Given that our subconscious mind is very receptive at all sorts of information at night, right before you sleep. So, I suggest you doing the following things to create an ideal state to manifest about 30 minutes -1 hour before you sleep, Set up a clock! :

  1. The room temperature is at a temperature that makes you feel most comfortable. Neither too cold nor too hot. Right at the perfect temperature according to your taste.

  2. Close and lock your bedroom door, so no one else can come in to interrupt you.

  3. To have some lights in your room, or leave the room in complete dark, whatever makes you feel most relaxed works.

  4. Depending on your personal preference, play some soft, gentle music on your phone as the background music, or play an affirmation tape or a subliminal tape on your own voice as the background supporting music. No matter what you play, the background music or tape better be in soft, relatively low tone….

  5. You are now in a safe, protected environment! Close your eyes, imagine boundless blue sky on your mind, and you are flying freely and happily, without any restrictions or worries.

  6. You have no past, or the future. Now you are living in eternal present….Traumas from the past do not exist. Actually, nothing exists….other than your consciousness and energy in this eternal present.

  7. Repeat your affirmations again and again naturally. You can say them aloud, or think about them on your mind. You can also switch by sometimes say your affirmations loudly, and sometimes think about them.

  8. You repeat all your affirmations by lying down…sleeping on your bedroom. You can stretch your body, do a massage on your head…whatever feels good.

  9. The whole affirmation-repetition-in-your-ideal-mental-state lasts for 30 minutes to 1 hour…When your alarm rings, you wake up, and say: It’s all done! All my manifestations have come true. All done. And then, go to sleep.

Feel free to create and do this ideal-mental-state-manifestation-scene! When you wake up, wonders happen!!!!

We have our conscious minds, and our amazing, limitless, powerful subconscious minds. In our 3D physical world, we have time, and space (differences). But from a quantum level, time and space does not exist. The past, the present, and the future happen at the same time…We are all sources and energy on a quatumn level. You can google quantum leaping/quantum jumping, and the connections between these concepts and the law of assumption & manifestations. When we truly believe in ourselves, affirm that we always manifest effortlessly, treat our affirmations as the truths/facts consistently, we get to enter our ideal mental & physical state from a quantum level. When that happens, we find out we are truly lucky in all aspects of our life…beyond our wildest hopes and dreams.
