A love letter: The power of gratitude

In this post, I will talk about how to purposely/intentionally practice gratitude to help us create the powerful vibes of gratitude & love in our manifestation journey;).

It’s late summer time now. I’ve been having a lovely summer so far. From late June to Mid July, I was in NYC - reconnecting with my old friends in this sleepless city. I also met up with three new friends during my epic NYC trip. It was amazing as my expectations. After my NYC trip, I did work, and spent time with my family peacefully. Back at home, I did more professional photoshoots;). For the past two weeks, a few relatives from my mother’s side visited us; I acted as a tour guide by exploring two different regions where they had never been to with them together. High-quality, loving family time made me happy. Yesterday, before my uncle left, he cried a little bit and told us he he really appreciated the opportunity to visit us and explore new places during this trip. My uncle has a safe, good job in his hometown where he has spent almost all of his life until now there. He and my aunt have been to different cities mostly for work-related duties, but seldom for fun. My uncle is the type of person who prefers to stay at his comfort zone, instead of acting adventurously….It took my mum and me multiple conversations with him for he to finally say “yes” to this summer trip! We were grateful for his gratitude as well. And I know he will travel again for vacation soon;).

I won the lottery last night (again);). People around me were like: Wow! You won the first prize, which was not easy to get. I smiled back and said: Haha thank you. I have always been lucky, and winning the 1st prize was not a surprise for me…Work is going well as usual….I will get busier in the next few months, but no matter what, I always know: Things have been, and will continue to go well for me. Law of Assumption, remember;)? Always think in our favor and say no to unfavorable thoughts or temporary not-so-ideal situations.

I will travel internationally again…at the end of this year. Next summer, I will be in NYC again. Yay! I may also explore Denver, Colorado or somewhere in Oregon next summer. We’ll see what happens by then. My travel manifestations always work out in the best situation ever.

Enough about my summer…I will talk about how to practice gratitude below;).

Manifestations…to put it simply, can be summarized in one sentence: We consistently think and act if all our desires have already shown up in our physical reality regardless of external circumstances, and as a result, the 3D world (the physical reality) has no choice but to reflect on the abundance of our inner worlds.

When we purposely use Law of Assumption to manifest for an amazing life for ourselves and everyone we love, no matter how long we have been on this journey, it’s good to also practice gratitude.

What does gratitude mean? It means we intentionally acknowledge the good things/people that have already existed in our life. AND, we show appreciation/greatefulness for their existences through words, and/or our actions.

Gratitude is a powerful emotion that goes beyond this time and space; it generates positive, loving, and warm vibe on a quantum level. With the daily practice of gratitude, we attract the vibes of gratitude AND success, which will help us manifest faster, and attract more favorable people and circumstances that benefit us more and more often.

Regardless of who you are, and where you live at this stage of your life, all of you definitely have some things that you can be grateful for. Don’t take good things for granted, ok?

If your loved ones are all healthy; if you live on a safe neighborhood; if you don’t struggle much, financially-wise, then…you have things to be thankful for! Examine your current life carefully, and find things, no matter how small they are, that you are grateful for…

To practice gratitude intentionally, you can do so in the following three ways:

(1): Write down personality traits of yourself that you consider strengths on your gratitude notebook. The traits can be as many as possible!! Anything you can think about , write them down.

You are a good singer? Nice! You are super good at memorizing conversational details? Cool. You are a good listener? You are super good at using numbers and logics to make sense of our complex world? Write them down. Write all of them down for your favors.

If you are struggle with writing down positive traits of yourself, well….That usually means you have a low self-esteem, and subconsciously, you may think you are not good enough. Your self-esteem is closely related to your self-concept. I will talk about what self-concept is, and some ways to improve it, and the relationship between your manifestation ability and your self-concept in one of my future blog posts.

If you cannot even think of more than 5 of your personal strengths, I suggest you asking some trustworthy friends’ advice on this. Ask those friends: Hey. Could you tell me why you stay friends with me;)? What are some of my personality traits that you find good? Ask several people. And, write down the good things that they say about you.

If your list of your own personal strengths have 5, 5-10, or more points there, lovely!

(2): Write down a list of people who have supported you, and made your life better in different ways…for the past 5-10 years. Anyone you can think of, including people who you have lost contact (for now). It can be some of your family members, your current friends, some online friends who you haven’t met up in person yet, or….that one time when a stranger showed kindness to you when you cried at a park alone? Write all of them down;).

There’s no limitations as for how many people you can or should write in this thankful-people-who-have-helped-me list. I encourage you write down as many people as possible.

You can even take a few days to come up with this list.

When you cannot think of more people anymore, sit down, read all the names on this list. And then tell yourself: Wow! I do have so many people who have benefited my life! I am sooo.so lucky. And also, think about how many people here are still people who you keep in touch with regularly. For those ones on this list who you haven’t talked to for a while, if you still have them on any of your social media app, well, say hi to them! Ask them how they have been….For those ones who you miss but you have already lost their contact info for now, feel free to reach out to common friends to ask for their contact info.

(3): Write down all things you have manifested successfully until now ever since you began your manifestation journey.

There are no such things as small or big manifestations. Seriously. Anything that you can think of, from a free coffee, improved mental & physical health, some random money here and there, to more friends, a new lover, or traveling opportunities, write all of them down.

After you write down a complete list of successfully-manifested-stories, tell yourself: I am so good at manifestation! I have manifested so many things easily. I am powerful. Manifestations are always instant for me.

After you finish writing down the three to-do list that I mentioned above (e.g. the my-best-traits list, the people-to-be-grateful list, and successful-manifestation-list) on your gratitude journal, feel free to read loudly or think about things you have written down in any of these three lists for 5 minutes, or more time daily. If not daily, then at least once or twice in a few days. When you practice gratitude regularly, you generate a powerful vibe that helps you to gain success in all aspects of your life.

Also, practice gratitude does not only involve doing the 3-list-methods I mentioned above. It can be quite easy and natural. Whenever people do you a favor, mentally, or verbally tell yourself: I am so lucky. So grateful that I am so lucky. When you do this often enough, your luck will definitely increase significantly..

You may re-connect with an old friend who you listed on your gratitude list. And then, this friend offers some new, exciting business opportunities for you, which helps you accomplish your money manifestation;). Wonders do happen.

Some affirmations you can say at the end of each of your daily affirmations can be:

Wow! I always manifest instantly. I am so grateful for my amazing power.

I am so thankful all of my wishes have come true.

Practice gratitude intentionally and regularly. Gratitude is an attitude/a mental state being, and an action as well.

Be grateful. Good luck!
