All about visualization

For visual people whose attention is often caught by colorful images, perhaps the manifestation technique of visualization works most effectively for you.

So, what is visualization?

Visualization means that you visualize your manifestations in the format of colorful, real-like images, and mentally, you visualizing these images again and again. Ideally, you can visualize your manifestations at night, before you go to bed to sleep. When you do visualizations at night, you can also set up a relaxing, comfortable environment that helps your mind and body to loose up: put on some soft music, cuddle with a soft animal toy if that’s what comforts you, and, close your eyes, let your imagination run wild. Picture vivid, detailed scenes of what is happening to you, and what you are doing when your already had all of your manifestations. If you want to manifest re-connecting with your ex-partner, you can visualize running into him/her on a party, talking to this special person confidently, and any other scenes that involve you two going on a date, and doing fun, shared activities together. If you want to manifest moving to another city for a better job opportunity, you can visualize getting a call from the head of the HR, and the HR tells you that congrats!! Your boss is impressed by your work performance, and you have the chacne to move to XXX city with better salaries if you choose to do so! When you visualize, the more detailed scenes you can think of, the better;). For those ones with several manifestations, you can visualize all your dreams and wishes in a vivid, narrative story style where some of your wishes happen in the morning, and some of your other wishes happen in the afternoon during the same day.

Our subconscious mind cannot tell the differences between reality and fantasies/imaginations. Instead, it passively accepts any information and/or images that you repeat regularly. So, when you visualize all your manifestations once or twice on a daily basis, your subconscious mind will accept them as the reality, and you will attract people and circumstances that help you achieve your manifestations.

When you do visualization, you can also robotically repeat your affirmations in words at the same time. OR after a visualization session that lasts for 5-10 minute, you can repeat your affirmations for several times. It’s like a combination of visualization and robotic affirmations when you do your manifestations. There’s no right or wrong way as for which technique/techniques work the best. Feel free to try different ways and figure out THE WAY that works for you.
