All about robotic affirmations
I want to talk about how to do robotic affirmations - probably one of the most effective manifestation techniques to use during your manifestation journey;).
Robotic affirmations mean that you repeat your affirmations like a robot, without much thinking and/or intense emotional changes when you think about and/or verbalize your affirmations loudly. You can either repeat the same affirmations again and again, or you can say the same affirmations in different ways, whatever works more natural for you. If you go through a strong sense of anxiety or other types of emotional changes when you robotically repeat your affirmations, that’s totally fine. Don’t feel stressed about your negative emotions or try too hard to force yourself to feel good/positive at all times. Remember, in the realam of the law of assumption, your dominant thought patterns, instead of your emotions, matter the most!! As long as your keep thinking in your favor, telling yourself that all your affirmations have been achieved regardless of what you see and/or how you feel, and countering your negative thoughts with the exact oppostive positive thoughts whenever you catch yourself think negatively, you are doing everything RIGHT!
Many people have also found the efficacy of robotic affirmations based on their personal experiences, so they use this technique consistently. Sometimes, some of us tend to overcomplicate things. So we doubt: do law of the assumption-related techniques really work? What if I cannot achieve my manifestations? What if… With robotic affirmations, we do not overthink/overcomplicate things. As a matter of fact, we do not even need to feel and/or think deeply about our manifestations when we do robotic affirmations. All we need to do is to repeat our affirmations again and again like a robotic. Repetation daily can rewire our subconscious minds, and one day, magic happens;).
So, how exactly do we do robotic affirmations? And how often should we robotically repeat our affirmations on a daily basis? I would say as long as your academic, social, and professional lives are not affected, you can robotically repeat your affirmations on your mind or in words as often as you can. And ideally, it’s better to do a robotic affirmation session for 15 minutes in the morning after you wake up, which means you repeat all your affirmations like a robot without any stop for exact 15 minutes, and then go back to your usual business. On the same day, before you go to bed to sleep, spend another 15 minutes to do another robotic affirmation session. I find it quite helpful to spend 15 or more minutes to highly focus on my affirmations before I sleep, because our minds are often relaxed, making it easy for our subconsious minds to accept our wants and wishes passively before bedtime. 15 minutes in the morning + 15 minutes in the evening =30 minutes in total for robotic affirmation sessions. And during the day time, focus on your priorities, and always make sure to counter your negative thoughts if you catch yourself doubt your affirmations!
If you are quite busy, and do not have 30 minutes to robotically repeat your affirmations within one day, well, that’s ok. Perhaps you can spend 10 minutes to do robitc affirmations in the morning, and another 10 minute at night before you go to sleep. Some people are so busy so they only have 5 minute for robotic affirmations in the morning, and another 5 in the evening. That’s also ok. But each robotic affirmation should last for at least 5 minutes. I personally prefer to do robotic affirmations for 15 minutes or so per session. Any time less than 5 minute seems to be too short.
Have fun, and good luck with robotic affirmations;). This technique is super useful;).
