All about manifestating for good health
I want to talk about four tips as for how to manifest for better physical health for anyone who wants better health;). If you are already in good health, well, good for you! Perhaps some of the tips I talk here will help you to even improve your health. If you are currently struggling with some health issues, minor or major, I want to tell you: Situations are temporary. I truly hope some of the tips I mention in this post will help you to recreate your reality, and largely improve your health. And, I wish you health!
Here are the tips:
1: If you often find yourself go through recurring health issues, or tend to attract the same type of toxic people in your dating life, there’s a high possibility that you have a deeply rooted limiting/negative belief on yourself in your subconscious mind, or you have been having unsolved, ongoing issue/fixtation about someone/something. Therefore, it is important to try to figure out the roots. Perhaps you don not believe you deserve trustworthy, good partners in your romantic life due to emotional traumas caused by your previous relationships. Or, maybe your have unsolved issues with one of your parents or siblings, yet you do want to restore your relationship with them but just do not know how to do so. How do you figure out the roots of recurring health or relationship issues? There are different ways to do so. Once again, what works for one person may not work for another person. One effective method to do is: Learn to have hear-to-heart, intimate conversations with your subconsious mind by asking for its’ advice.
Every night, before you go to sleep, you can put on some soft music, and spend about half an hour or more time on talking to your subconscious mind in a peaceful, relaxed environment….
You can either think about, Or talk quietly to your subconsious mind this way:
“ My dear subconsious mind, as always, I deeply appreciate you for being there for me throughtout all those years. At this stage of my life, I want to ask you for a favor, and hope you can help me find the answer. I’ve been having an recurring issue with my back pain/(or any other part of your body, depending on your situation). The doctors could not figure out the issue. Could you please tell me, what’s the root of this issue? What should be done to fix this? I trust that through your guidance, this issue will be solved very soon. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you…”
You don’t have to say the exact same things as what I described in the above paragraph. What you say to your subconsious mind should sound natural to how you usually talk. You repeat the same message to your subconsious mind for several times while visualizing you have already received the answer from a dream, or from a voice on your mind. You think about this message to your subconsious mind when you go to sleep. And, you sleep soundly and deeply….
Our subconsious minds have answers to all our questions.
2: To use one or a combination of law of assumption-related techniques to manifest for good health everyday! Be consistent, and make sure you counter negative thoughts with the opposite positive thoughts whenever you catch yourself think negatively.
I’ve covered some major techniques for manifestation in some previous blog posts, please feel free to check out for those posts. Those techniques include: viusalization, robotic affirmations, and the subliminal method by listening to voicetapes. Btw, there’s an app called “parrot”. You can donwload it for free on your phone. This app allows you to record any voice messages you want in your own voice, and you can play your voicetapes automatically. Nice, right;)?
You can either robotically affirm that “I always have the perfect health. My back issue has gone. My health improves significantly day by day”, or whatever sounds natural to you, play the voicetapes of you saying you have perfect health in your own voice, or visualize yourself running, and laughing energetically without any health issues. You use one or a combination of some of the techniques for AT LEAST 5 minutes in the morning, and another 5 minutes at night before you go to sleep. Honestly, if you really want to see the results be reflected in the reality as quickly as possible, you should affirm consistently for at least 15 minutes in the morning, or 15/30 minutes or even more time in the evening. While you do focused affirmations, you tell your mind to only focus on the end result - you in perfectly healthy condition, and nothing else. Do this daily. And most importantly, you think and act like you are already in the best health condition regardless of how you feel or what you hear!! Still has some pain on your back? Keep telling yourself: I don’t have back pain. My back feels perfectly fine. Doubt if the technique works? Immediately correct yourself by saying: Stop! I am healthy. And affirm for a perfect result for your next doctor appointment.
3: Remember to have some fun, and keep doing things that you love to do!!
As I mentioned again and again in previous posts, we have to think and act as if our manifestations have already come true when we practice the law of assumption! Situations are temporary. Tell yourself your health issue has been gone, or better, you always have the perfect health. You keep living your live happily/full of laughters by having some fun. If you like to watch comedy movies, keep doing that. You are a key member of a cosplay club or chess club? Well, keep attending those events, and socialize with your friends regularly. When you keep doing what you enjoy doing, and gain laughters and a deep sense of satisfaction from those fun activities, your life is full of positive energy, which helps you to get rid of the illness.
4: Do some physical exercises daily.
It’s ok if you are not physically active, but still, do some sorts of physical activities daily. You don’t have to have an intensive work-out session at your local gym or run for 30 minutes to 1 hour if you don’t want to do that. To walk in a nearby park for 20-30 minutes slowly, and appreciate all the natural green near you is enough~
So, in summarize, talk to your subconsious mind by building a relationship with it to figure out the roots if you have recurring health issues. Make sure you affirm regularly everyday, have some fun/keep doing what you love to do, and do some physical exercises to overcome health issues.
